Xrgh is hit with the decapitated head of a Paladin from Vaddium's direction.
"Whoops."
Vaddium moves at incredible speed for his size and weight, moving as a blur to the next paladin who is able to parry his blade.

Xrgh stumbles but continues, moving toward the back of the Interstellar troop.

Sirens begin to wail across Senate Plaza.
An HCMW-a3 thunders around a wall and lays it's sights upon Vaddium.
"THIS IS NOT YOUR WORLD ANYMORE!"
It's heavy minigun spins up and begins to inundate the air with depleted uranium.

She takes cover behind an Interstellar super soldier, impales it with both rods, and watches.

The mech fires a barrage of rockets, destroying some collumns behind the operatives.
All of the Paladins attempt to regroup around the door into the Senate Tower, forming a wall of glaives.

Xrgh leaps forward in an attempt to avoid rubble but her injured leg gets in the way; she ends up tripping while trying to jump and rolls down the Senate floor, pain pulsing through, her body somewhat rejecting some minor differences between her original physiology and the predicted version.

The mech starts to thunder forward at a slow speed, cracking the ornate stone plaza floor as it walks.
"YOU WILL BE TERMINATED."

Vaddium jumps out from behind a piece of rubble and sprints towards the mech at well over 80 mph and grapples onto the top of it.
He rips off a hatch and shoots his mass shotgun into it, killing the crew instantly.

She shakily stands and reaches for her grapple, though doesn't have it because she gave it to Jyanl. Xrgh jumps back and takes cover behind a larger piece of rubble, trying to catch her breath.

Three gunships fly overhead before slowing down and hovering over the plaza.
"SURRENDER AND YOU WILL BE TREATED FAIRLY."

She shouts from behind the chunk of the Furnazi pillar.
"Surrender is not an option for the Qaen!"
She scrambles to pick up a fallen Interstellar gun runs toward the opening of the plaza. Running past the Vanguard she says quickly
"Prepare to catch me."
Xrgh jumps out and her suit fires a large thrust upward, toward the ships, firing and aiming for plasma vents.

Xrgh would be caught in a stasis field projected from the bottom of the lead gunship.
"XENOS DETECTED."

She makes a tisking sound. She tries her best to aim into one of the ships' cockpits (without Jyanl's marksmanship) and pulls the trigger.

The projectile embeds itself in one of the gunship's intakes, causing the engine to burst into flames and the gunship to spiral to the ground.
"THAT WAS EXPENSIVE."

She aims for another.
