The Markoll HyperWorks FSV-5b class more commonly known as the Sonic Rainboom class is the primary capital class command vessel of the Pan-Galactic Republic's UGRNDF.
The first vessel of the class was the U.G.R.N.F.S.V. Destiny III, commissioned in 47,565 AGR. The class is named for the third vessel, the U.G.R.N.F.S.V. Sonic Rainboom, a ship with a very decorated history serving the UGRNDF.
