The blue supersoldier injects Xrgh with a tube of a highly effective painkiller.

The blue supersoldier hooks up tubes to a machine near the bed and then hooks up two of them to Xrgh.
"Second step: nanites, lots of them."

Fluorescent orange fluid is pumped through the tubes into Xrgh's body, she would feel many tingling sensations across her body as the nanites begin to construct the augmentations and implants.
"Now we wait."
