Vaddium then looks down into a courtyard below the starport, and points to a mech patrolling the yard.
"See that mech? That's the fastest mech the Republic ever produced, we take that and we'll have all the speed we could ask for."

Xrgh speaks up.
"Qaen are naturally swift and agile, more so than most humanoid sentient beings of the observable universe. The paladins could go in head on, Peacekeeper Jyanl could Flank, I could come in from above, and you, sir"
She gestures the Furnazi,
"Could scout the area. We need the intel."

Vaddium has already gone ahead and 'borrowed' the mech.
The mech's jump jets come to life and bring it up onto the roof.
"You're gonna need to mount up."

She sighs and pulls a shallow circle out of her back plate, Jyanl doing the same. They toss it toward the ground, it hovering, and they hop on. Purple Tesla static connects the boots of their suits to the plate allowing them to control them.

The mech's engines roar loudly and it's driving wheels on the ends of it's legs fold out.
"Meet Republic engineering."
The mech accelerates to nearly 90 mph and rides straight down the side of the starport before boosting off with a quick thrust of it's jump jets and landing on the wall of another building.

They kick their pads and they zoom through the air, lagging, though keeping at speeds that at first glance should cause whiplash. They approach the wall of the building.

The wheeled mech continues racing along at high speeds, jumping from wall to wall.
"They didn't have fun in mind when they designed this, believe it or not."

They rocket upwards toward the way-point, Xrgh Rotating to check for spotters.

Vaddium stops the mech on the roof of a shorter tower and pops up out of the hatch.
"Do you two have any extreme long range weapons?"
