The captain follows, his eyes in a much more alert looking state now. It's possible the purple stripes on his suit have became darker.

The elevator flies up the hundreds of decks to the bridge, which itself encompasses six decks of the flagship.
"Welcome to the heart of the beast."
The bridge has massive blast windows across all six floors, giving an impressive view of both the firepower of the Rainboom and the battle abroad, the captain of the flagship stands on a platform on the fourth floor of the bridge, barking orders to the entire bridge.

He looks around the bridge, mostly at the crew members.
"What of them if they are affected by sleep deprivation?"

"This is not the entire bridge crew, each ship has crew to fill spots when others are sleeping, even the position of captain. In a situation such as this, at least the captain and first officer are called to the bridge."
Trails of plasma can be seen firing out from the sides of the Rainboom, impacting the alien vessels.

The captain walks off to one of the sides and looks between the crew members at their stations and looks out into the combat.
"Astonishing, your technology. Vastly different in a number of ways, but, astonishing."

In the middle of the bridge there is a multi-story holographic map of the planet, displaying the location of allied and hostile vessels.
"We may seem unstoppable, but I fear even we cannot best this foe."

Hundreds of massive, angular vessels appear out of nothingness and begin to bombard Furnaz.

He taps his helmet and walks toward the map.
"QUALIA, I asked you to bring in the ships."
\"The combat aid vessels I had notified you of will be joining shortly. I re prioritised them to aid in defense against a Frache raid."\
He curses the Frache Federation under his breath.
