Xrgh wakes again, seemingly unaware of being asleep.
"Every empire goes through historical events such as this. Nation looses war, a party gets angry, the party commits genocide. We're only on step two, however, and hopefully the race on the short end of the Genocide isn't anyone we're in contact with."

The Furnazi and Vaddium stand against a wall and instantly become invisible to even sensors.

"Qaen cloaking technology isn't as complete, though mostly satisfactory."
They both press buttons on their wrists and a purple static charges up their armour, followed by their disappearance. Only upon standing still against the wall is it revealed that the tip of the Qaen character for "U" of "United" is visible on their shoulders. However this visibility is small and by a normal being is only noticeable if you were looking for it.

The frame of the vessels begins to shudder as it blasts out of the hangar.

Jyanl decides to talk for now.

"Magnetize your boots if you must, it will help."
The ship jumps suddenly, clearly having transferred into subspace.
Vaddium and the Furnazi quickly turn off their comms devices and motion for the others to do the same.
"You don't want to hear what's out there."

Xrgh begins to hear voices, screams, crying.
"Help!"
"Why are they killing us?!"
"HELP US!"
"I DON'T WANT TO DIE"
"SO MUCH BLOOD"

She looks down at the floor and then upward, with an ever so slight smirk. Pretending as though she doesn't hear them, Xrgh asks
"If our communicators hadn't been canceled what would we have heard?"

"The screams of the long dead, ancient communications signals, phantom gravity. You would go insane."

She nods and flips off the comm, though both of them had left the Calamity Channel open.

The ship emerges from subspace in orbit of Furnaz and is subjected to a full scan moments later, though the team is not detected.

The two activate the vacuum clamps on the bottom of their boots (No magnetic clamps because iron is scarce in the UPRQ) and brace for reentry.
